ABOUT THE OWNER
Dennis Plant is a small business owner with tons of heart. He has been involved in the window covering industry for over 30 years. Dennis began his career as a window covering installer in southern Oregon. At his grandfathers urging, he then moved to Palm Springs in the mid 80’s where he opened a retail blind company, Vertical Visions, which is still in business today. He then developed a thriving window covering factory, Window Coverings West. The company manufactured Vertical Blinds and Pleated Shades, supplying blinds throughout the Coachella Valley. He eventually sold that business and moved back to Bend in 1994 where he established Blinds, Etc. He is a hands-on owner, doing the design, measuring and installation of each job. He takes immense pride in his work and feels it is his personal responsibility to insure that each customer is happy and completely satisfied with their new window coverings.
